lol it's okay.
okay for step 11, all you do is select the horizontal strips layer & add a layer mask. you can do that by clicking on the little button on the bottom of your layers' palette that has a grey square with a white circle in it. & i always do all my tutorials in Photoshop CS3 Extended...
